How to Access the Prospectus

We like to keep things fair around here. To access the prospectus, please complete the verification form below. You’ll be asked to upload a valid ID and/or student transcript to confirm eligibility. No stress—we don’t save this information. All documents are used solely for verification and are permanently deleted within 24 hours . Once verified, you’ll receive the official artist guidelines and the submission portal link.

  1. Submit Proof of Residency: Upload a digital copy of your Maryland State ID or a current Student Transcript.

  2. Verification Window: Our team will review your credentials within 24–48 hours.

  3. Receive Your Package: Once verified, the official Cycle I Prospectus and your private submission link will be sent directly to your email.
